  • I am currently private pay only. Superbills can be provided, however reimbursement is insurance company-dependent.

  • Therapeutic Services:

    • Free 20 minute consultation call to determine fit for therapy

    • Therapy: $180 per hr, $90 per 30 minute session

    • Parent Coaching: $120 per hr

      • 30 mins: $60 (only for check-ins for established clients)

      • 45 mins: $90

      • 60 mins: $120

    • LIMITED sliding scale slots available.

    Comprehensive bundle for Educational Services:

    • Free 20 minute consultation call to determine fit 

    • For families already engaged in special education process: $325 for a File Audit–reviewing all prior documents IEPs, neuropsychs, progress notes:

      File Audit includes the following:

      • A comprehensive review of all records (usually 2–3 hours of  time).

      • A written Summary of Findings (bulleted list of service gaps or missing accommodations including questions/focused findings).

      • 30 minute call to discuss next steps and strategies 

    For families just beginning the formal special education evaluation process, the rate depends on documentation available:

    • If you are just beginning this journey, we'll start with a 90-minute Foundations session ($200). I’ll review what you have, we'll map out the timeline, and I'll give you a checklist for the school. If we need a deeper document review later, we can move to a flat fee.

    • IEP/Document review is billed at $210/hr. Most new IEP reviews are completed within 90 minutes. I will always alert you if a file review is expected to exceed 2 hours before proceeding.

    • IEP prep/ parent coaching meetings for educational needs are billed at $210 per session

  • Yes! I offer Telehealth services through a HIPAA compliant platform. Depending on availability and location, we will discuss options that will best meet the needs of your family.

  • For mental health counseling, I support kids ages 5-22.

    I provide special education consultation for families from preschool through college, across public and private settings.
